2019 Shale Peak Vineyards
LOT 2 Late Harvest Zinfandel SOLD OUT.
Zinfandel
$20.00 - 375 ML

Picked a month later and fermented until yeast arrested leaving significant residual sugar. Massive jammy flavors yet brightened by remaining acidity. For those who like nice big sweet desserts, this goes with them all.

2020 King Andrews Vineyards
Six Pac
Red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Trousseau, Grenache and Vermentino
$29.00

A wild and freelance field blend of 5 red and one white grapes that form a highly unique blend that is delicious. Co fermented together in small vats and bottled early, this wine is lively and ready to rock. It will further evolve in bottle with age, but is highly drinkable now. The novelty of including Vermentino, an Italian white, calms the tannin and lifts the fruit notes of each red.

2020 King Andrews Vineyards
Suisun Valley
Petite Sirah
30.00

Petite Sirah showed up in California in the 1800's, brought from France, but maybe by Italian immigrants. A cross between Syrah and Peloursin and correctly known as Durif. It has flourished since, with some ups and downs. It is decidedly on the upside today and likely the best suited red grape to grow in Suisun Valley. Supple tannin a signature here to what is the true trait, and wonderful bursts of dark berry fruit from the very cool marine air nights and early morning sunshine. Only 29 cases made so it will go fast

2020 King Andrews Vineayrds
Petite Sirah, Lot 2
Petite Sirah
$25.00 in 375ml package

A late harvest of the same Petite Sirah we normally bottle. This allows for substanial sugar and flavor concetraction producing a sweet dessert wine best enjoyed post dinner or late night with chocolate cake.

2021 King Andrews Vineyards
Suisun Valley
Cabernet Sauvignon
$30.00

Cabernet Sauvignon is a darling in the California North Coast and Suisun Valley This vintage we chose to blend roughly 12 percent Merlot to soften and expose the flavors of both varieties. Grown in valley floor soils the character of Suisun Valley shines. Soft fine grained tannin is surrounded by bright red berry and currant flavors. A touch of oak is in the background. Moderate alcohol and balanced acids bring a rounded style. Those attributes will extend bottle aging life in cellar.

2021 King Andrews Vineyards
Napa Valley
Cabernet Sauvignon
$45.00

The pride of Napa Valley is Cabernet Sauvignon. This version is from a vineyard planted high in the southeastern mountains of Napa at 2,000 feet and off the volcanic rock associated with Mt George in the Vaca Range. It is a softer Napa Cab than many that are grown in those volcanic rock soils, with fine grain tannin and bright but supple red fruit. Aged in new and neutral American oak barrels, enhances tannin bringing a soft and supple wine. A small amount of Merlot was blended to round out the palate Easily 5-10 years of aging an opportunity to let this wine unfold completely

2021 King Andrews Vineyards
Lot 2
Albarino
$33.00

A very limited production and different twist on producing Albarino that brings a fiz and spritz to this wonderful grape. Using the same lot of 2020 Albarino, juice was bottled directly from tank at end of fermentation and sealed with a crown cap. This closure captures small amounts of CO2 in the bottle which become the bubbles on opening. The wine is completely unfiltered and unfined with no additions other than small amounts of sulfur dioxide at crush. While this vintage was disgorged sediments from this process, specifically spent yeast cells, do bring a cloudiness to the glass, but also new flavors and textures not found in the typical bottling.

2021 King Andrews Vineyards
Suisun Valley
Mencia
$28.00

A new, old world, grape to California and the first grown in Suisun Valley, Mencia is the red of Galicia in Spain. Given Albarino is the flagship Galician white wine we feature it just makes sense to focus on this red. A different wine indeed will be found with earthiness and spce laced with background tart red currant. This wine is more European than Cali and sports a wonderfully low alcohol below 13 proof, which is unfamiliar in most of todays red wines

2022 King Andrews Vineyards
Suisun Valley
Albarino
$26.00

An Iberian by nature, Albarino is Spain's number one white grape and white wine. It found its way to Suisun Valley in several locations but the McMullin Block planting is 100% estate fruit.

Picked consistently to display the bright acidity and citric nature Albarino can bestow, this wine refreshes in summer as a stand alone, think summer time lemonade, yet pairs with shellfish and seafood extremely well year round.
